A new place to follow my adventures through space and time...
Much to my surprise, a few weeks ago I was approached by a representative from Substack about creating a new space to throw all the weird and wonderful historical ephemera and travelogues that I regularly spew out on Twitter.
‘Why not?’, I thought.
Having spent the last three years wandering around southern Germany and lands beyond, I think I’ve developed a keen eye for unique locations, the amazing stories told about them and a cool secret or two.
While I’ve enjoyed telling stories and putting my adventures on Twitter for all and sundry - and I’ll never stop - I think it’s time to have somewhere where I can give both myself and my readers a place where I can share more, expand on the fast facts I fire off on social media.
So, here we are. This place will be a somewhere where I show you where I’ve been, explain why these places are worth your time and tell a great story or two. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy what you find here, and you’ll stick around - I’ve got some great trips planned, and some cool stories to tell!
